Superior Follow-Up. After each order is sent, a follow-up call is placed to the sender to make sure the gift has been well received. If, for any reason, the sender has not heard back from the recipient, we will happily place a "quality control" call to the gift recipient to ensure that the gift arrived in good order and was enjoyed.
Satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If a Pleasant Surprises doesn't delight either the sender or gift recipient, the gift can be returned for a prompt replacement gift, exchange or refund.
Delivery. Gift parcels are shipped by Federal Express throughout the United States.
